Have been a loyal customer of Squires Kitchen for several years. I love the fantastic wife range of products they offer (especially their Neonz and Pastel range). Deliveries are always on time with excellent after sales customer service which most companies are so lacking in. I highly recommend Squires Kitchen based on my own experience as well as if youre looking for a reliable cake supplies company whos constantly developing new products to help take your caking to another level.

I bought 1kg white sugar florist paste as usual. It is completely different to previous packs. Completely unusable but by the time a was using it was too late to return. Its crumbly and smells like vinegar. BBD is 28.7.24, Batch E12344. Now using a different brand for my wedding cake.

Squireskitchen are the most incredible brands , i used Squireskitchen sugar flowers paste since the beginning, i also tried some of other but nothing compares to the flower paste of squireskitchen for my flowers , if you know how to use it , you'll see the difference, i am a professionnal , i need professionnal brands for work that's why squireskitchen do the job Thank you squireskitchen

I would give 5 stars usually, but my recent order has been a massive problem with it being first sent back because postcode didn't match the address, then no one made the decision to contact me and just sent it again to the wrong address "followed by an email saying hopefully you are able to retrieve your mail". Basically sent the right meal to the wrong table and then expect the customer to go find it. It has now been sent back to you guys (again) which I've emailed you about and now I'm getting no reply. Like I said, usually a very good service, but maybe contact the buyer before assuming an address next time and sending it where ever.
