        Fabulous treatments today with Emma. So relaxing and all the tension has gone from my neck & shoulders. Pretty pink pedicure which looks gorgeous! See you in a month :)

        I ordered a gift voucher on 14th December which I was told would be posted to me. Over the next week or so I was extremely busy with work and forgot about it. On 22nd I realised it hadn't reached me so emailed the salon and aaked if I could have a refund instead as I was unable to get there to pick one up in person. The reply I got was: "Hi Why didnt you tell me sooner it hasnt arrived? I could of dropped it round but now Im off with covid and the the salon is only open tomorrow. I will email you a copy of the voucher, vouchers are non refundable, its on our terms and conditions." Not the friendliest of responses. I am hoping that the recipient of the voucher will have a better experience!
