Used it for the first time today. Very impressed. Hard prune on a Beech hedge, it was very stable and allowed me push hard with the hedge trimmer, and stretch with confidence. Also found myself moving the steps less often as they cover a larger area. It is heavy and cumbersome, but extremely safe and stable. What about some attachments? Loper and secateur holder? Even a water bottle holder!

Henchman have been excellent in assisting us to get the right type and size of ladder. Perry Hicks was very responsive and helpful by email as we dithered about what we needed for our rather mixed hedge/tree cutting heights/locations, some of them involving a steep slope. The company was happy to exchange the ladder, at no cost to us in terms of the return shipping, in the event that it didn't suit. In the end we ordered a 12ft tripod ladder which arrived the next day but seemed too short, so we exchanged it for the 14ft version. Collection of the 12ft occurred the next day, and the day after that the 14ft arrived. So excellent service all round.
