Without doubt, Paul, Sarah and Mark are absolutely fantastic - they have restored our faith in estate agents. We chose to work with Appleby & Townend for two predominant reasons: 1. as we had faith that they would absolutely be true to their word by going above and beyond, and 2. as we wanted to support a relatively new and local business. From the moment we met Paul, we have been looked after spectacularly. Unlike most estate agents, the person we met with, i.e. Paul, is the person who does the viewings. IMO, that is vital to the success. Paul valued our home above what we thought was achievable, and not only did he get us that, he secured us more. And after the offer was accepted, he, Sarah and Mark kept everything on track, with regular communications and engagement. At no time at all, did we feel we weren't on their priority list. Ultimately they aced it, and we wish them only great success as their business grows. It won't be long until their For Sale (Sold!!) signs will be spotted all over Wiltshire.

Appleby & Townend were fantastic! They were professional, engaged, committed and responsive, and they were a pleasure to work with. The pictures they took of our property were beautiful, and the video they made was absolutely brilliant! They were always on the other end of the phone when we had any questions, and they made the process of selling a house much less daunting and stressful. Appleby & Townend are what all estate agents should be like, and we really cant recommend them enough. Mark, Paul and Sarah: thank you for everything!!

Paul, Mark and Sarah at Appleby and Townend are the real deal, they could not have made the sale of our house go any easier. If and when we decide to sell and buy again they will defo be our first call. A team you can trust.

From the moment I invited Mark to value my property to the day of completion the team at Appleby and Townend were fantastic. Mark fell in love with our house and did a fantastic video and valued the place exactly where we hoped (a bit above actually). Paul handled most of the communication once the property was on the market. They were both incredibly professional; courteous; quick to reply; engaged in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome especially as they worked hard to iron out the usual wrinkles that property sales incur. I am very grateful to the team and I wish them huge success going forward.
