Two weeks later, when we started trying to sort out a delivery date, it became clear that their distributors were letting them down. But Hayley was absolutely brilliant and kept me up-to-speed on all the possible delivery options from the warehouse in Carlisle to Edinburgh.
When they eventually arrived on the 10th September (just in time for our housewarming), they were expertly packaged and absolutely gorgeous. They are so comfortable and stylish and we absolutely love them.
Customer service could not have been better - Hayley went out her way to keep me informed and even sent a beautiful bouquet. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the furniture is GORGEOUS!
