I purchased a van from Tim for approx. 7,000 on 27th April 2021. When I originally looked round the van a couple of minor issues were picked up and I was given the assurance they would be rectified during the vehicle preparation process. I gave Tim a deposit and a couple of weeks to prepare the vehicle prior to collection. When I arrived on the day we had agreed for collection, he apologised for not having had time to wash and clean, let alone valet the van, as we had apparently arrived early! So after a fairly disappointing handover, when I got the van home I noticed both faults I had originally noted had not been rectified and worse still the van had no toolkit! After several attempts to contact Tim with absolutely no response to-date to discuss the issues, it looks like I will have to cover the costs myself. When you read the blurb on Tims website he quotes My aim is to go that extra mile to make buying cars a more enjoyable experience.. I think I can safely say he failed to achieve this statement in my own experience
