My need was to change an old boiler with tanks and pipes upstairs and in the loft to a modern efficient system. This was a job that I had been putting off for some years due to the probable mess and stress involved. Gavin was a pleasure to deal with from the first consultation to the final setting up of an app to control the heating remotely. He and Paul worked tirelessly and left the house in a clean and tidy state. They addressed all my ongoing concerns and were a pleasure to have around the house. Gavin even returned to the house on two days after the installation to check on final snagging. I am relieved that I have finally got round to getting this job done and that it was all made far less stressful than I had imagined. Service: Water heater installation

Gavin serviced our combi boiler and swapped out an old radiator, which wasnt getting hot at the bottom, for a modern one for us a couple of months ago. He was very busy but managed to fit us in around other jobs and kept me informed along the way. Gavin seems very knowledgeable when it comes to Worcester Bosch boilers and the new radiator is amazing, it kicks out so much heat compared to the one it replaced. Were very happy with his work and hope to use him again soon.
