        As lovely as the ladies are that work here i did not have a good experience, i had asked for an ash blonde balayage effect and walked out looking like 2002 christina Aguilera. It was the wrong colour blonde, my roots are uneven as she didn't even touch them, i have 4 random dark streaks?? She put toner on my natural hair making it go ginger? It was just the wrong technique altogether. As someone with trust issues from hairdresser's ruining my hair in the past i gave this place a chance out of desperation and honest to god i wish i hadn't. 3 hours and 70 later and all i did was cry when i got home and had a proper look at it. I'm meant to be a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding this weekend it's too late to fix it and honestly I'm too upset and embarrassed to go it has ruined my week. If uncomfortable or unconfident doing it i would of rather them just of said, I'd have more money and be a lot happier. I will be asking for a refund. Will post pics for reference. Rebecca.
