Amazing service from start to finish. The ladies in customer services were very helpful, even calling when an earlier appointment became available. The gent who came out to measure up was very knowledgable and friendly. Gave his own recommendations and wasnt a pushy salesman. The fitter was top notch. Very efficient, and very professional. The craftsmanship was superb. I was worried about joins, old silicone showing, and whether damage would be caused to the wallpaper inside. Dan was great. No marks, no damage, just perfect. I dont often leave reviews but felt compelled to with this company. Thankyou!

Very pleased with the windows and doors. Fitted to a high standard. Fitters Paul, Arran, Lea and Keith were very polite and explained everything as they went along. Mess was kept to a minimum and was cleaned and tidied up every step of the way.

I just popped into showroom in the village of Sedgley, asked Cath & Rav, for a Quote for six windows they sent Tim, sales rep who came out explained types of glazing to finishes,gave the quote on the spot [No pushy sales or jargon] Couple of days later the surveyer Garth, very polite and professional explain everything. Even the fitters Ian & Tez came well dressed, polite even phoned before they arrived, the finish was 1st class never known a company with everyone employee I met take great pride in they work. Fabulous
