Been going to the practice for a good number of years The staff have a wonderful helpful attitude to all patients Including a very happy vibe to all I have seen patients hurling vile abuse towards the staff which is un called for One episode I can recall was a patient was over 45 minutes late and was told their appointment slot was no more but they did manage to see them once a dentist became free The dentists are always professional in the treatment they deliver

Professional and friendly dentists. Receptionists are friendly, which is a surprise as most are dragons! Downsides-not open Saturday or Sunday and close at 3pm on Fridays! Tricky to visit if you cant get time off during the working week. Still a requirement to wear a face mask at the surgery, which seems unnecessary these days

Avoid this dentist at all cost they have done nothing to help with my pain and now they are refusing to see me because I was apparently was late and missed appointments which is not true the dentist said my wisdom tooth could stay in and now because of this my back teeth are destroyed and im in a great deal of pain also one of the receptionist said I would of looked after my teeth well sorry I had horrible morning sickness when I was pregnant with my daughter absolutely a terrible dentist oh and if u get an emergency appointment when your in pain dont expect them to do anything cause they wont

I was in the Dental Surgery yesterday and a phone call was answered by the receptionist .l could not help but hear the conversation.A patient was told because of missed and late appointments on a number of occasions they could no longer use Sedgley Dental care.The receptionists was polite and dealt with the situation with diplomacy and was extremely professional.l have never had anything to complain about the surgery is a great place in every way.But if patients abuse the service what do they expect.

Today I had my third check up since March 2020.As usual I have been very impressed the thoroughness of Covid measures in place, the friendliness and politeness of all staff. All are doing their utmost to keep patients and staff safe. What an excellent service is provided, that is why I have been a patient for more than thirty years. Grateful thanks to Priyanka and each member of staff for their high standard of professional conduct. Well done.
