Every now and again you encounter a business full of people who dont just enjoy whats on their job description, but take it to the next level of customer service. I had had a blown front tyre with many miles still to be driven before the end of the day. Keen to help, they checked their tyre stocks and had none in my size. Well, I drive a Skoda, and they are a Landrover specialist, so not unusual. But instead of doing what most others would - send me on my way with an apology - they came up with a creative solution and lent me a spare car to pick up tyres from their dealer in Blandford. With my car ready and stripped by the time I got back with those tyres, I found myself back on the road in half the ETA my breakdown cover had given me. For such a wonderful service, are five stars even enough to quantify the positive impact you will have on your customers? Well, they will have to do for now. Thank you all.
