        This was my first time ever bidding online in any auction but Clarke's website made it easy to find what I needed and explained the procedure and costs well. Upon winning my chosen lot, I got an e-mail with an invoice and was able to pick up the items the same day (they're only 20mins away from where I live) and I was very pleased to chat with the lady and gent in the front office and young man in the sale room. May have to look out for another sale of automobilia in due course.

        I have bought and sold a few items now with Clarkes. The team are really friendly, helpfull & knowledgeable, great photo's and descriptions. Realistic estimates & very fair commisions. I would say the service I have had from Clarke's has been outstanding.

        At last an auction house I can trust. Have left bids here before but was unsuccessful, but this time left a 200 bid with the auctioneers, only paid 70. Fair buyers premium. Very professional service, good photographs but could possibly do with more so as not to have to keep asking for condition reports. Reasonable P&P charges. Will definitely be buying again. One to watch.

        A nice friendly auction house with no fancy saleroom or office, hence a lower commission rate than most in the area. I've always had good service from the team.
