Rude, arrogant and dishonest. Didn't pay me my rent for April 2019 as claimed to have sent to wrong bank account (not mine or requested by me, for the record). Repeatedly asked her to return deposit to the tenants but again no joy. Avoid!!

Rosie was mostly quite nice, could be rude sometimes though. Landlords usually got problems sorted quickly including a mould problem, although, I had deductions taken from my deposit because of the problem, and a high electric bill due to the dehumidifier. The mould issue worsened my mental health condition and the situation towards the end of tenancy was not pleasant. It also seemed very one sided and she seemed to back my flatmate more than me. Started off as a professional service but towards the end when they realised I wanted to leave and they would no longer be getting money from me they all changed. Wouldn't recommend.

Very rude individual has no clue with letting propertys always late bad tempered rudely spoke. Always out for money. The property we moved into was a real state with terrible mould problems. We had 're decorated the whole property 're done the whole garden made it really nice. Yet Norfolk lettings had no intrest in getting this fixed took over 2 years for herself to finaly have it re plastered this didn't resolve the problem and her builders left the house in a real state destroying our cream carpets, unfortunatly this was down to us to sort so we had them professionally cleaned yet this wasn't enough. So I would defiantly stay clear from using this estate agents or renting any of there propertys. The property we rented was 72 westfields narborough kings Lynn pe321sy serious damp and mould problems stress from using her has resulted in loss of pregnancy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
