Willowdene Care Home

The current manager is a bully and really shouldn't be allowed to work with vulnerable people, she is awful to staff and reduces them to tears.

Fantastic care home my uncle has come here for his end of life care and they couldnt of looked after him and us any better nothing is to much trouble lovely staff and manger after a bad experience with his last care home these have resorted out faith would definitely recommend

Astounded by the amazing care given to my mother whilst on rehabilitation stay of five weeks. The staff are incredible and nothing is to much trouble they are always friendly and smiling. This is my mother's first experience of a care home and i can honestly say i haven't seen her look so well in a long time. I don't know what they have done or how they have done it but my mother is totally different to the person who went there five weeks ago. Thank you to everyone your incredible at what you do . I would strongly recommend this home to anyone

Only put a 1 star because you cant put a 0. The staff are brilliant but very understaffed. The manager hasn't got a clue she rather have her friends in the job instead of decent care staff. I wouldn't put my mother in there.

Beautiful grounds and a homely feel. I couldn't find a better place for my Dad to live out the rest of his life or better people to care for him. The team here are truly amazing, passionate about what they do and so empathetic and kind. We owe Willowdene a great debt. I'd give them more than just 5 stars if I could.
