        I ordered an item to be sent to Denmark. I rapidly got an order confirmation and the payment was drawn from my PayPal account. After that - NOTHING. The order confirmation included a Royal Mail tracking number, which Royal Mail does not recognize. I wrote FomLoftToLoved and never heard anything back. I tried to call them using the phone number on their website, just to be informed, that phone cannot be reached. At present, 4 weeks after the order confirmation, I request my money back and will not trade with this company again.
