Swan Flight

Abysmal quality. Supposedly bespoke, it looks like they took a stock standard box and made a few minor adjustments which were executed badly. I ordered for 2 x pioneer CDJ3000 and a DJM NSX2. There is virtually no padding between between or behind the units. There is bare metal along the back edge meaning that it is scratching/damaging the media players. The whole case is both clumsy and flimsy. There is absolutely no way I would trust their products to protect anything. When I wrote to swanflight about their poor craftsmanship, I received a speel about how their products are tailored to the individual customer's needs etc, it was total lip service. I couldn't even return it without losing more than half of my money, which was a significant amount. It was cheaper and easier to throw it in the trash and buy from a reputable manufacturer. I would recommend to anyone considering buying to look literally anywhere else. Unfortunately I cannot rate less than 1 star, otherwise I most definitely would.

Great job as usual with our latest order, custom made cases to protect fragile laser alignment equipment, designed and built to spec, we simply gave them the equipment and they organised the rest. I have recommended Swan Flight to our customers and suppliers in the past, they are very helpful and good people to deal with.

Wouldn't recommend. I ordered the Coffin 2x Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus & Mixer which: Lacks proper padding between the mixer and the cdj's, we're talking a skinny flimsy piece of foam. Leaves a gap between the CDJ and the case, meaning they move around. Has no hole in the back of the case for cables to go in or out of the case. Padding led to the mixer overheating which hasn't happened with other cases. And the holes made where cables were supposed to go through inside the case were too small for any of the kettle leads. It's ridiculous really. Cost 300 quid and I can't get a refund for it.

Great bit of kit! Ordered a custom case which was produced and delivered very quickly. Build quality is fantastic, feels very heavy duty. Really exceeded expectations, will definitely return! Thanks!
