        In the process of buying a new house at the sedgefield site and arranged the curtains and blind company to measure yesterday they were turned away as no record of them calling had been kept. Spoke to a craig at the site sales office today he was so unprofessional and clearly was not listening to me his communication skills were awful. You expect when buying a new house a standard of service in this case it was lacking. He seemed uninterested and arrogant.
