Called out to check the job in advance; very upfront in managing expectations of what we could expect in terms of the results; always punctual and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the first time we have used Bright & Kind - they were brilliant, and we have already booked them again for next year. We had a very dirty fabric suite and a cream carpet cleaned - both look super clean and smell wonderfully fresh. Gary and his workmate were professional and friendly, they made no mess at all and did not leave either the suite or carpet soaking wet. I was impressed by Gary wanting to do a visit before the job to actually understand the concerns and discuss and agree realistic expectations rather than promise without assessing . Very professional but friendly .
