Pippin Cottage is perfectly located in the heart of Sedbergh and is beautifully maintained by its owners. We have just had a very happy week staying there and very much hope to return. Cannot recommend highly enough

This cottage is inadequately heated, having electric radiators that fail to heat the rooms to a comfortable temperature. The property is tried and not really suitable for dogs as stated. I'd like to say we enjoyed our stay here but we didn't and left after one night's stay. At a cost 106 per night stay I really did expect some creature comforts. Offered 50 refund!! I would not recommend.

Lovely cottage, perfectly situated to explore The Dales and The Howgills. We chose this place primarily as a base to explore The Lake District, and it is a little further away than I would like, if I were to book again. The Southern and Eastern lakes were not too distant, but if exploring the Northern and Western lakes, then you've probably got an hour's drive back at the end of the day. Having said that, there is plenty on the doorstep to be keeping you entertained, spoilt for choice for walks without the need for using the car. Sedbergh is a lovely little town, plenty of options for food and coffee etc. Cottage has got everything you need, is clean and nicely decorated Would definitely recommend and return.
