        James helped me on xmas eve, by appointment, to assemble the bike I had bought to my daughter. Not only the assembly was perfect, James thought on all the details, used additional parts, attended me outside of usual hours because he didn't want to leave a kid without her perfect gift from Santa. He helped me even to fit the bike in the car and to hide it, so my daughter wouldn't see it. Besides all that, great conversation while he was assembling it, he is a great bike enthusiast and seems to be a really good person as well. I live in London, but every time I come to the region I will use his business for anything bike related. Can't recommend enough!
