Maurice arranged for Chris to fix a badly damaged door frame so that a new lock could be fitted. Im so grateful that they were willing to take on such a small job and at very short notice. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the work completed, and would definitely recommend!

Maurice came and fitted braces to the roof. So pleased,I've got more jobs I need doing,won't hesitate to ask them. Had Maurice and team in to do a really horrible dirty job,the dust was awful so I went away and left them to it.was dreading going back home but I shouldn't have worried,they had done such a good job of tiding up.Can't fought them at all.Thank you lads.

Maurice completed a garage conversion in our new build home making us a beautiful new living room and also made us a service door into our 2nd garage. Maurice was utterly professional, handled building regs and all our extra requests brilliantly. The work was completed when expected and the finish is excellent, we've had lots of compliments from visitors who have all been surprised that the work was done after the house had been built as it all looks integral to the design. We will definitely work with him again!

After searching for a long time for a builder who was willing to work alongside our rather rigorous (or so it would seem to other builders) standards. Maurice was recommended to us by a family member. Since the very start Maurice was nothing but professional and approachable. When he came to quote he came with ideas and a willingness to understand our situation. The communication was amazing throughout the whole process with solid dates and always turning up on time. The outcome was exactly what we had hoped for and he also took additional time and helped guide us through the following steps we would need to take in order renovate our downstairs. I honestly couldnt recommend him and Penfield more and look forward to using them again in the future.
