Poor products. Dire Customer Service 160 Fresh Foam Hierro v6 GTX. After a little over a weeks wear (including one run) they ended up with holes on the sides and a collapsed toe box. Flat refusal from NB to offer anything more than 50% refund whilst wishing me a lovey day. Even after pointing out that my UK statutory rights entitle me to a repair, replacement or refund! Guess theyll have a lovely day with my 80 :( They cherrypick a few bad reviews to post (I know Ive tried unsuccessfully 3 times) which they dispute and enter you into a raffle to win another pair of their poor quality trainers. Their 4.7 scores are contrary to their 1.5 scores on other platforms. I so wish Id checked them out first. Dont bother clicking BAD in their feedback follow up request either it doesnt work. If you must have NB trainers, my advice is order them through a reputable company and not direct. Better yet buy Brookes or Hoka. Im reporting NB to trading standards and urge others to do the same. Its just an online form. Hopefully theyll be more equipped to take on this Fiercely Independent Bully!
