Youd probably be wiser and better off financially if you avoided this bunch of rouges and liars before even asking if they have suitable accommodation to rent. The stink and utter shabbiness I witnessed deserves reporting. And the reply excuses you give say more about you than your clients/tenants. Oh and some of those fancy estate agent certificates you proudly display are expired. One star is one too many. What Id give as a review is More like a black hole Please dont use this company if you have any sense at all. Theres better options.

So utterly terrible, I don't know how to express it in words ! They lie. After renting from them , I ended up with a dossier of evidence against them and took legal advice, following 4 months of plumbing hell and basically living with an filthy open gutter stagnating slowly through my bath and kitchen sink, via the plug holes. There was large quantities of fat, food, slime, grit and squalor collecting in my bath daily ( it was other peoples waste and the drains backing-up).They are now saying they didn't know and acted immediately when they did know. This is totally untrue and I have ample evidence and witnesses to prove otherwise. If you are desperate enough to use this letting agency - record everything - especially face-to-face conversations - because they will pretend that they didn't happen. I wish I'd read these reviews before renting from them, especially as they have reviewed themselves and gave themselves 5 stars and then deny that too. As stated, I sought legal advice, which totally supported me and moved out. Please read all the other reviews. I am expecting a passive-aggressive reply. 13/04/23. I was really hoping that Champion Holmes woulndn't respond with passive-aggressive lies - but they have. I quote " We have always acted as quickly as possible and had sent contractors on numerous occasions to you flat " . One guy was sent , during the four months - before he even entered the flat , he said he didn't know why they insisted on him visiting, as he wasn't going to be able to help. More lies. It's a real shame they can't just be honest about profiting from sub-standard (that's being polite) accommodation.

Incompetent , unprofessional and dishonest. Should the company owner write himself reviews and give himself 5 stars ?
