Blaze Concepts were highly recommended to us by a local company, who had used them previously, so we had no hesitation in asking them to build a new website for our hotel. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and have received many compliments from our hotel guests and visitors. All new and existing retailers looking to either build their first site or replace their existing ecommerce site, please read this review (apologies in advance for the grammarI didnt care very much/enough for the subject at school!) We have been in business for over twenty years and have had an online presence since the advent of the internet! Over the years we have built websites and relationships with a variety of web designers and have come to learn the difference between those that may be great at creating brochure type websites, but not necessarily the same for building ecommerce sites, and or understand the timely support required in the real-time world of online retail. After eight years with our previous website, it had become obvious that we needed to rebuild, but thankfully had already received a glowing recommendation toward Blaze Concepts from another Blaze ecommerce client. After all these years we understand the financial and personal leap of faith in both building a first ecommerce, but now more so sincerely understand the weighty decision of leaving a web designer to start over. Our ecommerce site build priorities were to create a more stable in-depth website and with greater ecommerce possibilities for the future, to allow for creative content that could be easily enhanced with more social media links as is becoming increasingly popular alongside ecommerce. The final priority being a continuation of theme and feel from previous websites and our own physical store. I/we cannot recommend Blaze Concepts highly enough. Wayne, Pete, Brad, Adam and the rest of knowledgeable and experienced team at Blaze have combined created a website that fulfills all criteria but also have proven to understand our ecommerce support needs now and for the future.
