This is a warning to all prospective Bovis customers.
Make sure you exchange contracts by the given date otherwise they will dump you!!!
We have had 4 stressful months of dealing with Bovis.
The sales team particularly Michelle Rayner and Angie Strang are incomprehensibly objurate and lack any iota of customer service or goodwill!
We have had trouble with communications both with Bovis and Foot Anstey.
Our mortgage companys mortgage department have been down with Covid. All of this had no effect on this uncaring shambles of a company called Bovis.
We were ready to commence the exchange of contracts 16 hours after the due date but they refused to exchange with us and are to remarket our plot!!!
Is this really the way in this day and age to treat people. Do they care about anyone on Pebble Beach or any other of their developments?
Definitely not we would say.
Beware if you are in the process of purchasing from them. They are a nightmare.
In a normal market, they would not be able to treat people so shoddily.
FINAL WARNING-BEWARE!!
