Excellent location with wonderful views of Beer and the coast. The accommodation is well-equipped, and ideally suited as a base for visiting local attractions, and walking direct from the front door. The friendly and helpful owners provided excellent recommendations for pubs, cafs, and restaurants. There's so much more to visit in South Devon, so we shall be returning.

Seascape is a lovely property. Well equipped and cosy. The views are wonderful from the living areas looking out to sea at the front from the balcony or watching the wildlife in the fields at the back. Take some binoculars. Pip (my dog) had a wonderful time running round in the field next to Seascape and having Millie the house dog to play with. Lorraine and Bob are very friendly and helpful. Telling us where to visit and places to eat. Beer is a lovely place and a short walk away. We had dinner at The Anchor a couple of evenings - dog friendly. Shall definitely be returning - new favourite place for a good break.

We stayed at Seascape house in Beer with friends for a week and were so impressed with the house and the stunning views over Beer. The beautiful house was fully equipped including towels and bed linen. The owners, Bob and Lorraine were perfect hosts. Thank you for a lovely break and will have no hesitation in returning in the near future. Regards Alastair and Jackie

Beer View is a truly lovely place to stay. To views down to the sea are wonderful. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and on hand if anything is needed. It is just a short walk from the house down into Beer...the fairly steep walk back up the hill is the price of having the fantastic view but is certainly a price worth paying. Beer is a lovely village with a few shops, pubs and restaurants, great beach and coastal walks to Seaton and Branscombe. The quarry caves are also worth a visit. I can highly recommend Beer View as a place to stay and we will definitely be booking there again.

A great holiday home in a fantastic location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lots of useful information on local places to eat and walk. Beer is beautiful, especially when viewed from the lounge or balcony of the house. Fields with rabbits and horses on two sides and an uninterrupted view over Beer and across the sea on another. Beer has everything you could need and great walk to Branscombe (The Fountain Head Inn is a must, as is a look around St Winifreds). We will definitely come and stay here again very soon. The house is well equipped, we cooked lots of local fish and made tortellini from scratch. Added extras....Beer Rhythm and Blues Festival on the last night (unexpected) and admiring Rob's (one of the lovely hosts) classic motorcycles!!!!!
