Gavin is a professional, reliable and trustworthy gent. He was on time and easy to communicate with and added value by some great suggestions on what to do. The job was to put in a consumer unit in the garage, rewire it and get electric feeds ready for an outside office installation. A great job well done and neat wiring. Thoroughly recommend him. Contacted this person in early December 2020, requesting him to come out and give an estimate to install an outside porch light. Long delay in getting back to me, but said he would call when he could fit me in. Long delay again, then texted to ask me to send my name, address etc to him, (which I did) and he would probably be able to come out end of January. We are now about to enter March, and I have yet to hear anything. He obviously doesn't want or need the work. Funny thing is, I saw him parking his van on my street today, to do work around the corner! Very unprofessional in my opinion!! Wouldn't use him now if HE paid ME!
