Tesco Superstore

I visited the store to buy a mobileb phone and the young man who sorted out my purchase was excellent. He was very knowledgable, cheerful and sorted out the change over from my very dead phone to the new phone. I would have happily paid the cost of a new phone for his professional help alone.

I have been in this store a few times over the last couple of months and the lights have not been on in the first couple of rows of refrigerated cabinets, and the spots over the fresh veg/fruit also haven't been on. It's about time they fixed this issue (or remembered to switch them on!), as without the lights it is a very gloomy and uninviting shop, and it is not easy to see the products in the cabinets. Also, I have bought 'freshly baked' croissants 3 times and each time they have been stale and inedible - the seagulls ate them though! I won't be buying them there again.

Excellent store , very helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked and sell near enough everything you need. Clean and good facilities.
