        Worst salon experience ever. They ruined my hair, went in for a light copper on natural blonde hair and they mixed Demi permanent dye with 20 volume developer so it oxidized and turned really dark. There was zero acknowledgment from hairdresser Jess that it was the wrong colour or a mistake, which was so awkward as I was disappointed and shocked by the dark hair but she acted like it was what I asked for so I just paid and left. Afterwards I had my hair looked at by a professional as I wanted to know why the light copper dye I had chosen turned dark brown in my hair and they said it is because it oxidized as she used wrong developer. She also was doing her sisters hair at the same time and miss-timed the appointments so she put an unnecessary treatment on my hair and let me just sit at a wet sink as she finished her sisters highlights. The only person attentive was a young assistant in the shop who kept trying to reassure me that it will be lighter once dry. Unfortunately far from the truth. Service: Hair coloring
