        Talking about making your anxiety and mental health worse!!! I get weekly prescriptions which I need to collect every Wednesday. I received a txt message so collected my items but the weekly medication was not in the bag. I rang up and spoke to Kacy just to ask what time would be best to collect the missing medication. I received a very abrupt, rude and intimidating reply saying I came down to early (even though I got a txt message) she carried on saying how she has 100s of prescriptions, spoken in a horrible and rude manner. I explained I didnt appreciate being spoken to in this manner and explained I pick it up every Wednesday and always ring before coming down (not my fault she has 100s of prescriptions to do) then she ended up given me meds that wasnt meant to be ready for 3days!! Why not prioritise them!! This has affected my anxiety and mental health. Cant fault the other staff but really been taking aback from this. She has really let her team down and makes me want to change my chemist!
