        We had to take our dog to be put to sleep last week. Excellent staff especially Bryony the vet. Very caring and understanding. Our dogs welfare was at the forefront throughout and it was a very dignified process. A hand written sympathy card arrived from them today with a lovely message. Very unexpected but very thoughtfull. Thankyou very much. Best vets we've ever used by far.
