I'm sorry to say but I'm removing the 5 star review I had previously provided to lakes and dales because I'm disgusted at the response from the manager at wheatridge House lakes and dales relating to a parking penalty notice I have received from UKPC who manage the car park at the store, I have shopped at this store ever since they opened and never have I parked any differently in all the years I've been going there, I will be taking my custom else where from now on as I know I have been a target of malicious activity from lakes and dales parking management company and recieved no help or advice from lakes and dales.
