After a recent miss-hap over my prescription, Shirley who was on reception cantacted different GPS to sort out my script then contacted chemist to check availability. When usual chemist didn't have what I needed, she contacted another local chemist, who had some and rang me back to inform me. Excellent patient care. Thank you very much.

I rang up to make an appointment for what I thought was a ear infection. When they eventually answered the phone I got told Id have to wait for a phone call back to tell me appointment availability. I got that phone call but they didnt make any appointments, they telt me to go to the walk in centre! The woman on reception I spoke to was abrupt and rude, honestly made me feel like I was an inconvenience!

the worst surgery I've come across, don't answer phone, takes 25 minute just for them to pick the phone up, then we haven't got an appointment for about 4 weeks , absolute nightmare , if I could give minus 5 I would
