        Alan repaired a punctured tyre back in September 2020 and to my untrained eye I thought he did a good job. However I recently took my car in for an MOT and they said the wheel that he replaced has had a bolt cross-threaded. This will mean replacing the whole brake drum next time I replace the wheel and will cost . Alan either knew that he had cross-threaded the bolt but didn't tell me at the time which shows a severe lack of honesty, or he didn't realise his mistake which shows a lack of competence! Either way, I wanted to discuss this in person with him to find a suitable outcome, however Alan is not answering any calls or returning any messages so I am very disappointed I can't discuss this with him in person!
