A beautiful hotel thats right next to a sandy beach. The place has a retro-classic Victorian look. As soon as you walk in, its like walking in a time capsule, with the decor so intricate in mahogany detail with framed pictures on every wall. Its a family run business, with the kind lady (Loreta) at the desk being so welcoming with an excellent humble mannerism. Shes always ready to make your stay really comfortable. The room was pleasantly quiet with a window view that is very picturesque. Its so relaxing just to sit down and have a cup of tea while looking out at the beach, whilst listening to the serenity of the waves. The ensuite shower/toilet is very comfortable and just the right size for your needs. The shower itself is good for UK standards, it would have been nice to have a bit more power though. The bed was extremely comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep. With the nightlights, it was really cozy, especially when watching movies on my iPad. The main thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and customer services by the hotel management. I was really sad to leave and return to London. Ill definitely be missing Seascale. The quiet life is bliss.
