Been here at least a dozen times in rooms 12 to 17 at the far side of the pub but this time I was in room 5, not good. It felt like a box room, Right at the side of the heater room, very noisy. There was no milks as they had run out. The heaters kicked in at 6.45am, woke me up.the heater and towel rail wudnt turn on (and there was a storm blowing outside ) just said room 5 off. Loud noises about half 2, doors slamming and wot sounded like something heavy being dropped? And at 8.10 somebody was drilling and hammering. This place is always clean, and it still was but I always championed you with 5 stars but if I'm honest I didn't enjoy my stay at all, I was tired for the rest of the day ...

Rooms: Very nice bedroom , great bed Food & drinks: Good basic pub food

I found the restaurant to be very disappointing. Staff were rude, tables were filthy. The children's play area should be condemned as it isn't safe for kids. I don't know how this place has such good reviews because we found it to be awful. Not coming back again. Car park is dangerous unless you like dints and children playing in it. Food & drinks: Bland and expensive.
