        When we entered the property we noticed the rooms had not been cleaned, there was crumbs on the kitchen table and the coffee table, the carpet in the bedroom had not been vacuumed the bedside tables and lamps where dusty. We spent 2 hours cleaning the property, but we could not vacuum the carpet as when we went to use the vacuum is was blocked with dust and hairs. We reported all this but it took them a full week to acknowledge our complaint. Which was a long time to say we was staying in the same village as where there shop is. This is terrible customer service.
