I had an issue with my car's bonnet., the latch wouldn't close and I had a journey home of 20 miles. I called in and the man fixed the issue straight away. I can not express my gratitude enough. Great, friendly and helpful service. Thank you

I purchased my car in September 2022. Was reasonably priced considering the market. The staff was friendly and seemed helpful. The car came without serious issues but had a problem with a handbrake that did not retract after being released causing brake overheating and burning smell. I brought the car back and was told the following the they gave it a full brake service. However, the problem persisted and I could not waste another day to have it not rectified. I decided to service the car elsewhere, no trust in this vendor. Also, they failed to successfully register a new keeper, and I am still struggling to get V5C from DVLA. If I paid less for the car, I would give 3 stars. If there was no issue with V5C, it would be another star, and 5 stars if there were no issues, but had three, bad brakes, failed to have them fixed and V5C.
