I've been working closely with Will and Dan to get a portfolio off the ground. It's been fun to work with Jive and I have learned a lot along the way. Will has a innovative and dynamic approach to business and I have had other interesting opportunities with Jive enabling me to not only start to build a portfolio but also be involved in other opportunities such as joint venture flips. I'll continue to work with Will and Jive.

Very unprofessional outfit, i was really close to creating a portfolio with these cowboys. Lucky a friend who purchased 3 properties with them opened my eyes. The real numbers just dont stack up.

I rented a property from Jive for me and my little girl. i was told the house had been fully done out. when i got there the house looked like it had not been done at all. i had no other option but to take it. it had a hole in the roof that leaked into my daughter bedroom, also water leaked through the front room window. the house was cold and impossible to heat. i used lots of credit trying to contact them and when i did get through to them i was told someone would be out but never showed, the person who worked there called dan, i dont know what he does for the company but he was very rude and belittled me. my daughter developed bronchitus due to living in the damp and cold conditions. we where forced to move in to a refuge until we could find another house. i really hope noone els has to go through what i did with this company.
