They are truly the definition of ****. A second plumbing company was contacted for a second opinion toda. Within five minutes they have identified the problem & the continuous shabby work that ITC Plumbing have done.
They work for Keepmoat & you can see why many Keepmoat new home owners have such terrible reviews of their plumbing because of these people. Keepmoat even have their own page of hundreds of home owners, showing evidence via images & videos of their terrible plumbing. The page is called Keepmoat homes from Hell.
