        Excellent service and lovely staff, even when the dog being groomed isn't the easiest. There's also a large, airy working area with lots of attention placed on each animal.

        Ive been a client of Tails now for a few years. I went through 4 different groomers before finding tails at seaham. I travel from Bishop Auckland once every 6 weeks with Darcy, nearly all groomers I took her to previously just wanted to shave her , and came out traumatised. Every time we visit Tails, she comes out of there looking great, and shes really happy. I Wouldnt take her anywhere else and I trust them completely. In fact she pulls on the lead and knows exactly where were going when we pull up outside. She loves it :-) . Thank you.
