Beautiful friendly and clean Recently refurbished with wood effect floors which enhances the cleanliness , rooms light and airy with views throughout.

I was shocked to read the review from "Not Pro7314" today. My parent has been resident in the general unit for some time, and I have the highest regard for their care and their surroundings. The place is spotlessly clean and my parent is cared for to the highest of standards. I have no complaint from them nor do I have any concerns myself. I am especially grateful for the care I have been shown during this extremely difficult time in my family's life. I am only sorry that my other parent is too poorly to be at Parklands too. If only "Not Pro7314" had experience of other homes in the area, I believe they would have a different view completely, there is simply no comparison. ALL care staff EVERYWHERE should be paid more, perhaps "Not Pro7314" has no knowledge that care staff are all on the minimum wage, not just those at Parklands. An issue that should be taken up politically rather than slating an excellent care facility, with exceptional staff and management. It makes me wonder why the spiteful post was made anonymously?
