10/10 recommend Richard at Taylor Halls! He booked us in to see him straight away and worked over his hours to secure us a mortgage when all the rates were starting to rise back in Oct 2022. Hes been great to get advice from regarding finances and buying a home. He set realistic expectations on what to expect when getting a mortgage and I think its great they provide a one priced fee and I'll be going back to get his advice again when our mortgage needs renewing! Recently used Taylor Hall financial services to purchase a property. I couldnt recommend or suggest anyone better. Brilliant customer service, extremely personable and caring. Highly knowledgeable and professional. If you want a stress free process, then they are the guys for you! Mark has been absolutely fantastic throughout what has been a long, drawn out process throughout Covid which helped make the process easier. Initially Mark was able to provide advice and guidance to help us as first time buyers, with a wealth of knowledge and experience involving mortgages. We never felt like Mark hassled us, he set up monthly or bi-monthly calls to catch up on our progress around times which suited us. He pointed us in the right direction along the way and was later able to help us apply for a mortgage. Mark was really easy to talk to about any issues we had and was always approachable for questions. We're really grateful to Mark for helping us get on the property ladder and would definitely recommend him.
