I have to say a superb company. From the first young guy who knocked on my door, ladies in the office and the guys fitting the roof were exceptionally professional and all totally value for money. I believe its a family run Co. so would expect a hic up or two but I promise, was 1st class service down to the recommended choice of my tiles which I love. I hate using the word cheap so for want of a better word far cheaper than the big companies Id been priced by in fact half the price of one company and Worth every penny. You wont be sorry. I worked in the construction and civil engineering sectors for over twenty years. True Roof Direct carried out a roof replacement on our property and they were excellent from the conception of our roof replacement until completion. The roofers were skilled, courteous and nothing was too much for them. They were on time every day and kept the working area tidy on a daily basis and tidied upon completion. Well done and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just had a stay warm roof fitted on my conservatory, absolutely over the moon with it. Also had brand new black bay tiles fitted around the bay window directly above new roof, they look amazing. From start to finish pure professionalism shown by all in the company, great set of lads, fabulous customer service, highly skilled, clean & tidy and kept me informed of what they were doing. We used True Roof to replace our old roof slates and to also replace our gutters and drainpipes with some fascia work too. Their rep who came out to quote us was helpful and friendly and actively looked to save us money whilst ensuring they met our needs. The installation was quick and completed within a few days. All throughout, the team communicated well with a special mention to Steve who was very responsive to our questions. Finally the cost was decent and lower than the other larger firms we looked at by a considerable amount. So we're now all set and prepared prior to the winter months. Would highly recommend.
