Seaham High School

I don't recommend you to bring you're children to seaham high school if they dont want to get told that a piercing smaller than a 5p is a loud then later on they get put into isolation like my neice and her friend ,this school is like a prison ,and it is so wrong that children get told to take there nose piercing out when the worst teacher of telling them to take it out she wheres one i am surprised that people haven't said miss its health and safty you need to take it ouf !!

I would like to say that I respect the members of staff in Seaham High School as they do have a job to do however I do share the same worries as some other students about the bullying issue. I do feel that Bullying isnt as well handled as it could be in our school. It seems that it grows constantly. Also I do see some peoples point that the rules against piercings do seem abit extreme I woul understand if they were over the top but its just a small stud. In seaham high I feel that the pupils arent heard as well as we should be and some members of staff do seem to push you aside when you have problems. As I said i just wanted to share my opinion not disrespect anyone. I would recommend coming here depending on your viewpoints if our policys.

This school Is a very good school. Their is always at least one teacher to talk to when ever their is something. My education has recently improved thanks to this school. Yes they do have strict rules but these are for our own safety and teachers do where piercings that we aren't allowed but that is because they are teachers and no student can catch them like students could to pupils. In conclusion I would highly recommend this school for you to send your children.

Absolute disgrace this school! Would 100% not recommend this at all! Today i was put in remove for no reason and also one of my good friends was forced to go in icolation for a piercing that she possible couldnt take owt as she had just had it done. Teachers are rude and ignorant! sick to death of nothing being done about bullying! Teachers have no idea what goes on in their students lives they have no need to make it any worse! Hate this school so much cant wait to leave
