Placed an order on the 25th April 2016 and was promised to receive 2 aluminium doors within 4-5 weeks. The salesman Michael, came to collect a signature on the order on the 4th of May to assure we will not withdrawn from the order. When I started asking for the delivery date at the end of May, Michael who apparently has worked there for 17 years, stopped answering my text messages or phone-calls. With the passing days I was getting uneasy, as I had other workers waiting in the queue. In result my partner called him from his mobile and firmly asked about the progress of our order. Not only Michael did not return the call with information about our order but also reported to another colleague of his, he was shouted at by my partner. Today, it is the 29th of June 2016 and we still haven't seen the aluminium doors. We are in touch with another person from the company, and the person advised there was an issue with the machine, hence the delay. We were also assured the elements for our doors are already in the workshop awaiting an assembly last week. Another week is coming to an end and we still haven't got any further information. Due to this experience, the renovation of our home has been stuck and I am still not able to schedule a plastered, painter and an electrician. I definitely DON'T recommend this company to anyone, as the lack of communication and care from the Aluminium Sales Staff is appalling and we seriously consider cancelling the order and asking for money back, as we lost trust and confidence in this business.
