        Had bloods taken, usually doesn't hurt and can never feel it, it's usually a smooth process but had them done by Dr. Winters and she blew my vein. She is not gentle, she pierced something she shouldn't have and I experienced stabbing pain after the needle was removed. Left with a horrible bruise which never appears when I usually get bloods done. IF you are diabetic, do NOT get bloods done by winters, she'll cause damage to your veins.

        The new telephone system that the surgery have added to there system is great news especially for repeat prescriptions etc etc once you have used it its simple great service by all gps who have time and patience to listen

        Contacted the surgery this morning as an emergency. Doctor rang me back within 10 minutes and arranged an immediate appointment for me. I attended immediately and seen a Doctor who examined me, took scan and photographs to forward to hospital. I am so grateful for this absolutely wonderful service. I could not ask for better. Thankyou.
