Absolutely useless. Taking days off work for a repair just to get told its not happening that day. Actually need to sort the whole business out as they are no help what do ever. Have been waiting nearly a year to get a crack fixed on the outside of the house and havent heard anything back since. SORT YOUR BUSINESS OUT

Been 2 months since they said the house Im moving to is getting a full refurb been passed house, it hasnt been touched , last couple of staff members were rude and just said theyd call when its ready

If I was to tell you that Believe Housing has within its ranks a known dishonest employee who failed to tell their employers that they were undergoing insolvency proceedings you'd think I was lying. However, google the company Crompton & Rouse Ltd, & you find Believe Housing's lettings manager was in fact the director of the aforementioned business who owed HM Revenue & Customs a fortune only to have the company compulsary wound up by HMRC & then take on a job with Believe Housing shortly afterwards. That's the calibre of employee that gets took on through this organisation, rips off the state, expects you & me to pick up the bill for their lovely plush home & then lie to their employers to take on a job ironically as a lettings manager dealing with peoples rent accounts & tenansies. When presented with the evidence of believe housings dishonest employee who failed to disclose her insolvency to her employers when she was interviewed for the role, they've now brushed the issue under the carpet THREE TIMES.....

This company absolutely ridiculous housing officer Jill is worse person ever she horrible keeps telling me I can't play music and saying there have there own rules and not the govement rules end day you can play music but trying say I can't this company wants shutting down !!!!
