        I was there just to have alterations. She unsown the elastic on the sleeve to show me an option. Saw I was concerned so told me don't worry I sow them back in place before next time. She didn't do that. Now I have a little elastic showing in several of my pictures. I noticed in the car to the church but the wasn't time to fix it. Before a reception we managed to fix it but still I am very disappointed. I also got my dress a bit dirty on the inside, but still there is just a lack of care.

        What can one say checked website for opening times drove 30 miles to be told it's closed tried phoning no reply left email owner said she was away and the other member of staff was sick was told needed to make appointment even just to look at stock replied asking for an appointment never got a reply so customer care stinks !!! the decision is plenty of other places that need your money
