The customer service is appalling, they don't reply to emails, have to be chased to arrange dates for fitters/inspectors to come out. They keep stating someone will be in touch but they never do. The last contact I with them was on 31st May (I had to contact them again) where I was assured all the issues would be rectified and they would replace the faulty blinds (again), refit incorrectly fitted blinds (again) and fit the kitchen blind which was not installed in April as the measurements they took were incorrect. However he would not give a timescale of when this would be done, over 6 weeks later and they have not been in touch. As they have had sufficient time to solve these issues, I have had to made a complaint for a full refund under The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Poor products, poor workmanship and poor customer service.
